Be part of the team
Onboarding remotely can be a challenge, but we have made it a focus! We want our remote team members to be part of the team from day one. From a welcome package, “team lunches,” and meeting with multiple leaders in the first week, our remote team gets the same treatment as those starting in our physical offices.
Take a break
When working remotely, it’s always nice for a mid-day break with your colleagues. Whether, you attend a remote “Walk with Me” session, or hop online with a Sila mug for “Tea with Me,“ there are ample opportunities to connect with colleagues across the country!
