Sila Solutions Group is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years experience gathering and defining detailed business requirements for complex systems; and producing functional specifications and process definitions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record at the Big 4 consulting firms or a large systems integration firm with experience. Working with manufacturing, aerospace, logistics and supply chain clients is a plus.
As a Sr. Business Analyst you will be able to combine your analytical skills and grow your project management, technical and coordination skills. The successful candidate will possess skills to motivate and lead internal and client teams. This is a great opportunity to move into project management. In addition, they should have experience in business process or software development.

Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree required; preferably in CS, MIS, Engineering or related field with a 3.2 or higher GPA from a top university; MA or MS degree also preferred
- Experience in a consulting or large integration project environment serving a variety of clients
- At least 3 years gathering and documenting requirements, writing use cases, overseeing User Acceptance Testing, analyzing processes, producing quality work products
- Exceptional interpersonal presentation, communication and client interaction skills
- Excellent technical proficiencies along with functional business experience
- Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in an environment of growth and change Experience working in a collaborative, team environment
