Sila Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager with 6 to 12 years of project management experience delivering large enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record at a large consulting or systems integration firm and is looking to pursue a position with more responsibility and challenges. The successful candidate has the ability to coordinate and make progress when objectives are not well defined. Understanding of project management methodologies and strong facilitation and coordination skills are required.
This is a great fit for candidates that have experience with manufacturing, aerospace, logistics and supply chain clients that wish to be in the Seattle, WA area.

Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree required; preferably in CS, MIS, Engineering or related field from a top university; MA or MS degree also preferred
- Strong project management experience involving multiple groups, preferably in a large-scale integration project environment serving a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to facilitate complex decision-making and drive consensus at all organization levels.
- At least 3 years analyzing and refining processes
- Exceptional interpersonal presentation, communication and client interaction skills
- Excellent technical proficiencies along with functional business experience
- Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in an environment of growth and change
- Experience working in a collaborative, team environment
