This is a unique opportunity to assume a full range of responsibilities across key functional areas (such as corporate communications, business operations, financial analysis, contract administration, vendor relations, channel management, and proposal writing) while learning the technology business from the ground up. As the business grows you will have the opportunity to assume a more specialized role and ownership over a key function within the business. Opportunity also exists to move to a client facing role working as a business systems analyst on our professional consulting staff.
Successful candidates must be able to look at any new project, identify the critical issues, pull together the necessary resources and put the right processes in place to ensure success. Because you will interface with both clients and senior managers across the company, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong desktop application skills are essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with an aptitude for gaining more in-depth technical knowledge. Any experience capturing and documenting business requirements or working for a professional services or high end consulting firm is a plus but not required.
Our ideal candidate has a liberal arts degree, with 3.3 or higher GPA and most likely worked their way through school. Demonstrated leadership skills or a track record of being a self starter through outside activities or assuming increased responsibility in your current job is a must.
